Professional and reliable. We had a situation with another tenant in our office building which needed the attention of someone like JomsVikings. We've never had to hire a company like this so I had no idea what to expect. Josh answered all my questions. He followed up with text messages, phone calls and emails. I operate a business in St Paul, MN that was burglarized over Thanksgiving weekend. While we waited on the alarm company to procure the sensors for the system, I hired JomsVikings to patrol / sit on the property. The communication from the principle was professional and proactive. Plus having direct communication with the actual security detail was excellent. JomsViking gave us a piece of mind during some heightened uncertainty. If I ever have another need they’ll be my first call.
